SPECULATION! Ethnicity and race based federal caucus groups might be unconstitutional. Will Ed Blum or someone else seek to abolish them?
Congressional Black Caucus members are a bit too late voicing concerns about the Black vote.
I think that there will.be a decrease number of Black Congress members. Perhaps districting & additional lawsuits will focus on them.
