Dame Crawford @WyldeBunch and @Prince_Angelus talk about protecting Black culture after a wave of artists have used hip hop to ascend into music, but now trash it. This is part of a long history of mostly white artists stealing Black artistry with little regard. The latest violator is Jack Harlow with the recent release of “musical” project “Monica” which is a play on the racial epitheth (the N-word). But, how do we hold Harlow accountable when there are Black creatives backing and working on these projects? And a consumer base that supports it?
