Queen Yonasda Lonewolf is a prominent activist, Hip-Hop artist, and cultural advocate known for her work on Indigenous and social justice issues. The Black and Native American is a member of the Oglala Lakota Nation. But, there is more. She had a career
as a rapper and continues to use her platform to address social and political issues affecting all marginalized communities. She was one of the brave activists who participated in the Standing Rock protests in North Dakota in the late 2010s. She endured heinous opposition and chemical warfare that she maintains gave her cancer. While she fights cancer, she continues to live in several worlds. She talks to Chuck “Jigsaw” Creekmur about her numerous intersections, which span across Indigenous issues, environmental concerns, Black life, Hip-Hop matters, and even Comic Con fantasies.
